What you need:
- 16oz of 93/7 lean ground turkey
- 2 cups chicken broth 33% less sodium
- 2 cans of great northern white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can of corn, drained and rinsed
- 2 cans of green chilies
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 3/4 cup fat free half n half
- 1 white onion
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- seasonings: salt n pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and dried oregano
What to do:
Drain and rinse your corn and beans, dice your onions into small dices, then add seasonings and all other ingredients into crockpot, cook on high for 6 hours. Top with shredded pepper jack cheese, light sour cream, and avocado.
