Asian Ground Beef Lettuce Cups

Made 6 servings and 1 serving is 1/2 cup for 4 Points (blue plan)

What you need:

ASIAN BEEF

- 1 3/4 pounds of 96 4 lean ground beef

- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

- 1 tbsp sriracha


SEASONINGS FOR BEEF:

salt + pepper, garlic powder, minced onion


How to make:

STEP 1 - First cook your beef in a skillet sprayed with olive oil spray, cook until brown then remove from skillet.

STEP 2 - In a dish add 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp sriracha. In a separate dish add your seasonings listed above.

STEP 3 - In a skillet spray with olive oil spray and add cooked beef back into pan, add your seasonings while

mixing together, then add your soy sauce and sriracha mixing together, place on low while you make your sauce.


PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE

- 3 tbsp pb2 powder ( I used chocolate pb2 powder and it taste great)

- 4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds

- 1 stalk green onions, diced


How to make:

STEP 1 -Add all ingredients into small bowl and mix together well.

STEP 2 -Pour your sauce into skillet with beef tossing together until all is coated well.


SERVE INSIDE LETTUCE CUPS.
