Hawaiian Chicken

1 breast is 1 serving for 6 Smart Point




What you need:

- 6 pcs of chicken breast

- 1 can of pineapple slices

- smoked provolone sliced cheese

- 5 tbsp bbq sauce


How to make:

Spray your dish with oil spray, add your chicken breast into dish, season with salt n pepper, then add your bbq sauce and spread evenly over chicken, next add your pineapple slices, then add your cheese. Bake on 400 for 35-40 minutes.


Friendly reminder I do have a gas oven so my time may differ from your cooking time.
