Greek Chicken Burgers Makes 9 burgers and 1 burger is 5 Smart Points
What you need:
- 2lbs lean ground chicken 93/7
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp reduce fat feta
- 1 zucchini,diced small
- 1/2 purple onion, diced small
- 1/4 cup white flour
- seasonings: salt n pepper, garlic + onion powder, dried oregano, red pepper flakes
How to make:
Cut your veggies into small cube sized pieces, then in a bowl add your chicken and all other ingreidents including seasonings and combine into patties. Next in a skillet spray your pan and cook your patties on each side on medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes depending on thickness of your burger.
