Bruschetta Chicken

Made 4 servings and 1 serving is one breast for 3 Smart Points

What you need:

- 4 chicken breast

- 2 garlic cloves

- 1 cup part skim mozzarella shredded cheese

- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

- fresh spinach

- cherry tomatoes

- seasonings: salt n pepper, dried basil,

and garlic powder


How to make:

Cut all your veggies the spinach cut into smaller pieces, chop your garlic, cut tomatoes in half, season both sides

of your chicken, spray skillet with oil spray and sear chicken on both sides

for 2-3 minutes, place in a casserole dish and add your toppings (veg and cheese) onto the chicken, add 1 tbsp balsamic and set aside the other half, place in oven on 425 for 25 - 30 min, once cooked add your other 1 tbsp of balsamic.
