BBQ Beef Cups

What you need: 2 ingredient dough

- 1 cup self rising flour

- 1 cup non fat greek yogurt

- 1 tbsp baking powder

- salt


What you need: BBQ Beef Mixture

- 1 cup 93/7 lean ground beef cooked

- 1/2 cup diced white onion

- 7 tbsp sugar free bbq sauce

- 1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup reduce fat shredded cheddar cheese

* I mixed the two cheeses because fat free cheese doesn't have much flavor but feel free to change

that if you do edit it in the recipe builder so points are accurate.


How to make:

Step1: For the 2 ingredient dough add your yogurt into a bowl, with your 1 cup flour and salt, kneed your dough and let sit while you make your beef. Brown your beef in a skillet, add salt n pepper to taste, add 7 tbsp bbq sauce, and your 1/2 cup diced onions, let cook together in skillet until cooked.

Step2: Take a cupcake pan and spray well, add your dough and use a spoon to hollow out a dip for the mixture, now add your beef mixture I used 1 full cup of beef mixture for all 9 cups, then add your cheese on top. Bake on 350 for 15-18 minutes or until dough is done cooking.
