Makes 10 servings, 1 cup per serving for 2 Smart Points.
What you need:
- 5 chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 oz packet of onion mix
- 10.5oz can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
Seasonings:
- salt + pepper
- minced onion
- dried parsley
How to make:
Step1 - Add all ingredients into the crockpot place lid on and cook on low for 4 hours, take out your chicken and shred then place back into crockpot and cook for additional 1 hour.
