🌟L U N C H / Baked Falafel

Made 7 patties and 1 pattie is 1 Smart Point!

What you need:

- handful of fresh parsley sed and drained


- 1/2 cup diced onion

- handful of fresh parsley

- handful of fresh cilantro

- 3 garlic cloves

- 5 tbsp white flour

- juice of 1 lemon

- oil spray

- salt + pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and McCormick's Roasted Garlic & Herb mix


How to make:

Rinse and drain your chick pea's, cut up your vegetables and herbs, in a food processor add your chick peas along with your cut veggies, seasonings, herbs, and squeeze in your lemon juice. Process everything togther until smooth, next add flour and blend again. Place mixture into a bowl and form your patties, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spray your one side of falafels. Bake in oven on 435 for 30- 35 minutes turning half way through and spraying so each side gets cooked.
