Greek Chicken Bake

DINNER #3 GREEK CHICKEN BAKE

What you need:

- 3 chicken breast, butterflied into 6 pieces

- 1 jar of artichokes, not in oil

- 13 kalamata olives

- 3 roma tomatoes, diced

- 3/4 cup purple onion, diced

- 1/3 cup reduce fat feta cheese

- 6 garlic cloves

- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar


Seasonings Used:

- Salt + Pepper, Garlic Powder, Dried Oregano and Basil


How to make:

STEP 1 - Butterfly your 3 chicken breast to make 6 pieces, next cut your onions into dice size pieces, in a small dish add all your seasonings listed above.

STEP 2 - In a casserole dish spray with olive oil spray then place chicken into dish, next add half of your seasonings

directly on the chicken and save the other half.

STEP 3 - Next add your artichokes on top of the chicken and give a rough chop with kitchen scissors, add your tomatoes, onions, and the other half of the

seasonings.

STEP 4 - Next add 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, and 1/3 cup feta, last add dried oregano and basil to the top.

STEP 5 - Bake on 375 for 40 minutes, draining the liquid 15 minutes before taking out.
