Copycat Cracker Barrel Cheesy Hash brown Casserole

1/10th of the Casserole is 5 Smart Points

What you need:

- 2 lbs which came out to be 5 cups of shredded hash browns

- 8 oz light sour cream

- 2 oz light butter (i cant believe its not butter)

- 1 can of healthy request can of chicken soup

- 1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup low moisture part skim mozzarella shredded cheese

- 1 white diced onion

- 1/2 cup minced onion

- season with salt n pepper

How to Make:

In a casserole dish sprayed with olive oil spray, add 5 cups of hash browns, season with salt n pepper, next in a bowl add sour cream, diced onions, minced onion, melted butter, and soup then mix together, then add the mixture onto the hash browns and spread evenly, next add the shredded cheese. Bake on 400 for 40 - 45 min
