Chocolate Banana Bread

One loaf made 11 slices for 7 Points for WW Blue !


What you will need:

- 1 1/3 cup white flour

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 cup splenda brown sugar

- 1 tsp sea salt

- 1/4 cup semi sweet no sugar added chocolate chips

-3 large bananas mashed

- 1 egg

- 4 tbsp coconut oil

- 1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup

- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon




How to make:

Add all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl, then add your egg, next add all your wet ingredients, add half of your chocolate chips into the mixture and save the other half for the top of the loaf. Once loaf is your pan add the other half of chocolate chips, and top with ground cinniamon. Bake on 375 for 1 hour and 10 minutes , check to make sure loaf is done by sticking with a tooth pick and if dry/ clean then loaf is done. Please note: I turned off my oven and let loaf sit in oven for about 5 minutes before taking out, I also have a RV gas oven so my time for baking may differ from yours.
