Egg Bacon and Cheese Muffins

Made 5 breakfast muffins and 1 muffin is 6 points on ww blue plan.



What you need:

-5 light whole wheat english muffins

- 2 cups liquid egg

- 5 slices of kraft american cheese singles

- 5 slices great value fully cooked bacon

- salt + pepper to taste for eggs


How to make:

Add 2 cups of liquid egg with salt and pepper to a baking sheet pan, bake on 400 for 12-14 minutes. Once cooked cut your eggs into squares for your english muffins, next heat up your bacon in a skillet for 5 minutes, then assemble your english muffins. Cover with parchment paper and place in a plastic zip loc bag and store in freezer.


Reheat in the microwave or in the oven.
