/ Ham, Egg, & Cheese Quesadilla/

Made 4 quesadilla wraps and 1 wrap is 2 SP!


What you need:

- 4 carb counter wraps

- 7 eggs

- 3oz 98% fat free ham steak

- 1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese

- salt and pepper and everything but the bagel seasoning


How to make:

Step1 - season your eggs ans scramble in skillet, next cut up your ham into small dices and also cook in skillet just to warm up, then add eggs into your wrap, next ham, then last cheese.


Step2 - fold over your wrap in half, and spray on top. Bake on 400 for 8 minutes then flip wrap over and spray the bottom of wrap so each side gets crispy and cook additional 8 minutes.
