Spicy Cucumber Salad

about 1/2 cup for 1 Smart Point


What you need:

- 2 cucumbers

- green onions

- 2 tsp sesame oil

- 1/2 tsp Asian red powder

- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

- 1/2 tsp spicy chili garlic sauce

- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar


How to make:

Cut your cucumbers in thin slices, and green onions, mix all your ingredients into a bowl, mix well together

add in a container and store in fridge.
