Lemon Poppy Seed Protein Mini Muffins

2 Smart Points for 1 Mini Muffin / Makes 36 muffins

What you need:

- 1 box lemon poppy seed mix

- 1 eggs

- 3 tbsp light melted butter

- 1 5.03 oz container of Light & Fit nonfat toasted coconut vanilla yogurt

- water


How to make:

Mix all ingredients into a bowl, melt your butter add into bowl, add water until the mixture is smooth and a good consistency, place into muffin pan, bake on 375 for 12-15 min
