Greek Yogurt Chocolate Chip Muffins

Makes 12 muffins and 1 muffin is 4 Smart Points.


What you need:

-3/4 cup non fat plain greek yogurt

- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

- 2 eggs

- 1 1/2 cup white flour

- 1/4 cups no calorie sweetner

- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

- 1 tbsp baking powder

- 1/4 cup sugar free vanilla pudding mix

- 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil

- 1 tsp salt


How to make:

Microwave your coconut oil and in a large bowl you will add all your ingredients and mix together into a dough like form. Place into muffin pan and bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes.
