What you need:
- 2 cup plain non fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp of sugar free jello pudding mix
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
- mango & strawberries
- 1 tbsp of pb2 butter (optional) Recipe is on my website under sweets.
How to Make:
Mix yogurt , jello mix, salt, syrup, and lemon into bowl mixing well together until smooth, line on a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper, make sure it is smooth and thin as possible, place fruit on top drizzle pb2 over strawberries, freeze up to 3-5 hours or until hardened.
