Simple Almond Oat Granola

makes 8 serving 1/4 cup is a serving for 4 bites / 117 calories


what you need:


- 2 cups old fashioned oats

- 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup

- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

- 1/4 cup sliced almonds

- 5 dried unsweetened apricots

how to make:

- I like to cut up my dried apricrots into to small pieces and set aside


- In a bowl add all your other ingredients and mix together making sure the maple syrup has coated all the oats well


- on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper add your granola and bake on 400 for 25 minutes mixing them half way thru cooking time


- once granola is done add in the dried apricots and let cool before storing away in a air tight mason jar
